We Don’t Just Paint Over Problems

Before we begin painting any surface, we will always ensure it is properly prepared. Surface preparation is a vitally important part of repainting any building. We will always wash down surfaces prior to painting so that contaminants such as dust, grime, mould oils and salt are removed. Should we find any causes for concern during preparation or after, we will also notify the relevant Body Corporate or individual.

We foster in our tradesmen Opat’s desire for a quality outcome, so they will not paint just over suspected problems. Instead, our team will bring any issues immediately to the attention of management. We have at our disposal other trades such as plasterers, carpenters, tilers, electricians etc. which we can engage on you or your Body Corporate’s behalf if need be.

It is also worth noting that Opat does not use any cleaning products which may be harmful to the environment.
